
We know that 1 in 3 women experience pelvic floor symptoms that impact their daily activities and quality of life- yet 1 in 12 actually seek out treatments! Instead, we are embarrassed, and feel shame in not understanding our bodies and don’t share this critical health information with our healthcare providers.
We need to ask questions, educate and guide women with immediate and effective treatments that you can provide in short consultations.
There are strong evidence- based therapeutic options for all women (and men), at any age and stage of life.
